Brass Balls Bobbers TV - Darwin Motorcycles signed Rick Fairless’ Strokers Dallas to carry the entire line of Brass Balls Bobbers & Choppers. The agreement was signed at the dealership during Strokers’ 13th Anniversary Party, which included three full days of live music, beer tub girls, cold beer, bikini bike wash, bikini contest and wet t-shirt contests.

Team owner Mike Akatiff, driver Rocky Robinson, and the TOP 1 Ack Attack team reclaims title of World’s Fastest Motorcycle with a 360.913 mph run.

Denis Manning and Chris Carr’s two-wheeled speed record has been broken: on September 26, the Top 1 Ack Attack Streamliner bested the world record by 10 mph with a 360.913 mph run, which took place during the first annual TOP 1 Oil World Land Speed Shootout at the Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah. The event was witnessed by an FIM official, but the record still awaits official FIM ratification.

Bikernet Studio reports on the latest 2008 D&D Slip on pipes for the Triumph Touring Rocket III motorcycles. They sound great and pump up the power.

D&D’s slip-on exhaust pipe and K&N Filter kit complements the new for 2008 Triumph Rocket III Touring motorcycle with increased performance and throttle response.


The show-quality chrome pipe and filter kit produces up to 17% increase in horsepower and 10% in torque. Big numbers for the world’s largest cruiser. The pipes are slant cut to match saddlebags.

Requires a Triumph EFI download #20235. The kit retains stock heat shields.

At 2294cc its the worlds largest capacity production motorcycle. But, despite the impressive capacity of this amazing machine, it was designed first and foremost to be ridden. A good turning circle, seamless fuel injection and a low center of gravity combine to make maneuvering at low speed surprisingly easy.

Greg Weld, the creative visionary who took racing and custom wheels to a new level dies at 64. Weld died from undisclosed complications.

Welds’ revolutionary view and his unconditional desire allowed him to create the finest quality forged wheels in the industry. “Greg Weld was a visionary in the motorsports industry. He raced his way into the record books and into the hearts of many, but more than anything else, Greg Weld was a great friend and will be missed by everyone”, said Bob Baker, President of the Sprint Car Hall of Fame.
